*** RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN NOW!!!

You can make your reservations today for our annual fund raising banquet.  The dinner, with the theme of “Grace and Mercy”, will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, 1002 Killarney St. Urbana, IL. (Doors will open at 5:30).  The occasion will celebrate our ministry in the jails, prisons, and after-care program leading to our ultimate goal of introducing people to Jesus and empowering and training them to become productive and responsible citizens in our communities.

This year’s speaker Carol Kent, best-selling author and popular international public speaker- dynamic, humorous, encouraging, and biblically sound. Carol and her husband have been involved with prison ministry since her son, presently serving a lifetime sentence without possibility of parole, was incarcerated in a Florida State Penitentiary in early 2000.  She is a former radio show co-host and her messages have been featured on Focus on the Family.  Mrs. Kent has been a keynote speaker at Women of Faith, Time Out for Women, and Heritage Keepers arena events.  She has spoken at The Praise Gathering for Believers, and Vision New England’s Congress and many other engagements.  We are sure you don’t want to miss the message Carol will share with us on Friday, August 22, 2014.

This banquet will be a powerful outreach that will improve our effectiveness to minister in the jails, prisons, and our aftercare program.  Keep in mind that our ability to raise funds to support these goals depends heavily on the financial support of faithful friends.  We are also in need of some table sponsors.  If you, your business, a group of your friends, etc. would consider sponsoring a table with a donation of $250.00 or more and inviting people to this ministry with the understanding that they would become a part by financially supporting JITW with a one-time gift or a monthly contribution, that would be AWESOME!!!  Please be in prayer about this request and whatever you decide about becoming a sponsor (Yay or Nay) we encouraged to make your reservations and join us Friday, August 22, 2014, we want you to come be a part of the banquet.

Reservations or more information can be made or received by contacting us at 217-892-4044 or info@jesusisthewayprisonministries.org
